My stay at the hotel was lovely with clean and spacious rooms, although a bit dark. The excellent breakfast and relaxing pool days were a highlight, but the rooms are starting to show their age and could use a refresh.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were lovely, with a terrace and a little garden, providing great comfort. However, there were some issues with timing for room make-up and lack of views. The service throughout was fabulous, with attentive staff in all areas, making my stay really comfortable at this lovely established hotel. The location couldn't be better, right on the edge of Playa Fanabe promenade with easy access to nearby restaurants and a nice beach experience. The dining was a bit inconsistent, with some meals being extraordinary while others fell short, not aligning with the overall quality of the hotel. The facilities overall were good, offering a pleasant experience.
The hotel has rooms spread all over the place, and my room was large and comfortable on a different floor. Overall, no complaints but the shower did flood the bathroom slightly. The service was beautiful and spotlessly clean, and all staff members, from reception to the gym and the restaurant, were fabulous and genuinely helpful. The location is excellent, very close to Fanabe beach and overlooking the sea, making it very convenient for relaxation. The dining experience lacked a bit of atmosphere with repetitive options but was decent overall. The facilities were well-maintained, providing a pleasant stay.
